Did you know lacing and threading activities are used by occupational therapists to develop and strengthen skills such as grasping, rotation, finger strength, hand-eye coordination, visual discrimination and a sense of accomplishment?

This set includes 8 beautiful hand crafted threading hearts, a length of coloured felt cord and 2 play silks. Each handcrafted wooden heart has it's own unique appearance depending on the color and grain of the wood it is constructed from.

This product would also be ideal to aid in the development of language, early numeracy, shape recognition, tracing, stacking, concentration and practical life scenarios such as lacing and shoelace tying.
