General Returns/Change of Mind
Should you change your mind about a product after delivery Awe & Wonder may, at our discretion, provide you with a refund or a credit on condition you notify us via email email@example.com within seven (7) days of receiving your order.
Goods should not be returned without receiving a confirmation email from Awe & Wonder. Approved returned goods must be received by Awe & Wonder unopened, complete and in its original packaging for a refund or credit to be issued.
We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. Please note postage charges will not be refunded and exchange postage costs are at the customer’s expense. All refunds will incur an administration processing fee of 20% of the items invoiced value.
Damages and Claims
Upon receipt of your order please cross check all products received against your original order and our packing list before opening, marking or using them.
If, for any reason you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are happy to offer a replacement, refund or credit. No delivery and handling charges will be charged on replacement of faulty items.
To report any damaged, faulty or incorrect products please notify us by email firstname.lastname@example.org within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Failure to advise us within seven (7) days may result in your claim being declined.
We ask you kindly return the goods with all labels and original packaging. Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed.
