Awe and Wonder's mission is to provide resources and training to support and empower educators to provide curriculum’s based on sustainable and fair trade principles. With a focus on outdoor learning environments that include spaces to nurture silence, create calmness, moments to feel, reconnect to the earth and our place within it.

To support professional development we have created an Educational Hub to provide events such as training and workshops to empower educators to develop curriculums with opportunities to reconnect with nature and to share the love of nature with children in their care. Creating a nature network to allow sharing of ideas and strategies amongst educators and children to understand the important role they each play and to find joy in the teaching relationships they have together.
Time is short so we have travelled the world to find the best practices in training and formed relationships with organisations with similar values to our own to develop unique training opportunities such as online sessions and out of business hour events.
Awe and Wonder supports Educators to implement the Early Years Learning Framework
The Early Years Learning Framework describes the principles, practice and outcomes essential to support and enhance young children’s learning from birth to five years of age, as well as their transition to school.  The Framework has a strong emphasis on play-based learning as play is the best vehicle for young children’s learning providing the most appropriate stimulus for brain development. The Framework also recognises the importance of communication and language (including early literacy and numeracy) and social and emotional development.
Awe and Wonder supports Educators to implement The Australian Curriculum
The Australian Curriculum sets out the core knowledge, understanding, skills and general capabilities important for all Australian students. The Australian Curriculum describes the learning entitlement of students as a foundation for their future learning, growth and active participation in the Australian community. It makes clear what all young Australians should learn as they progress through schooling. It is the foundation for high quality teaching to meet the needs of all Australian students.
