Whilst every precaution is taken to ensure our customers are transacting with us in a safe and secure environment, Awe & Wonder does not accept any responsibility for any losses incurred by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorised manner.

Payment

Awe & Wonder accepts payment via Visa, MasterCard, Paypal or direct deposit.

All pricing on aweandwonder.com.au is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST of 10%. Prices are subject to change without notice, however once your order is made we will honour that price.

Ordering Options

Orders can be made via the following methods:

Orders made online must be paid in full via Visa, MasterCard or Paypal before being dispatched.
Orders made via fax, mail, email or phone have the additional option of being invoiced, payable within 30 days from the date of invoice.

Please ensure you have included product descriptions, options/styles, prices and delivery charges. All payment, delivery and contact details are to also be included.

Delivery and Handling

Delivery and handling is charged at a flat rate of $12.95.

Delivery within Australia is mainly via Australia Post. Large and bulky parcels will be delivered via courier and you will be required to sign for the parcel to receive your goods.

Orders are processed as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days of order placements, and normally taking 5-14 business days for delivery thereafter.

Occasionally some products you order may be temporarily out of stock. Should this occur these items will automatically be placed on back order and we will send you an email message to notify you of the estimated delivery time, unless otherwise directed.

Seasonal or special items will not be back ordered. Generally items on back order will be delivered within six (6) weeks. Goods on back order will be dispatched as soon as they are received by Awe & Wonder.

General Returns/Change of Mind

Should you change your mind about a product after delivery Awe & Wonder may, at our discretion, provide you with a refund or a credit on condition you notify us via email hello@aweandwonder.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order.

Goods should not be returned without receiving a confirmation email from Awe & Wonder. Approved returned goods must be received by Awe & Wonder unopened, complete and in its original packaging for a refund or credit to be issued.

We do not accept returns or refunds on sale items. Please note postage charges will not be refunded and exchange postage costs are at the customer’s expense. All refunds will incur an administration processing fee of 20% of the items invoiced value.

Damages and Claims

Upon receipt of your order please cross check all products received against your original order and our packing list before opening, marking or using them.

If, for any reason you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we are happy to offer a replacement, refund or credit. No delivery and handling charges will be charged on replacement of faulty items.

To report any damaged, faulty or incorrect products please notify us by email hello@aweandwonder.com.au within seven (7) days of receiving your order. Failure to advise us within seven (7) days may result in your claim being declined.

We ask you kindly return the goods with all labels and original packaging. Please allow 14 days for a refund to be processed.
